COVID-19 and the Global Food Supply

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused us to think more deeply about collateral risks of climate change. More immediately, it imposed a serious stress test on the global food supply. following are my recent findings and thoughts prepared for APSAFE 2020, ethics conference focused sustainability, hosted virtually by Hiroshima University, Dec. 2020.
